I've been trying to invite a friend to chat on the webcamera and it seems like whenever I try to invite them it won't work, I can only see myself even if they accepted me, but when they invite me then it will work... if anyone knows why this is happening please explain... I need help thanks lots!!

Are you trying a one-to-one video conference or a multi-way one (more than two people)?

Is this happening with iChat or with other video conference software? What is the speed of your internet conexion (download/upload)?

so i thought maybe the problem was that i had my aim account on ichat... so i made a mac ichat account...but now all i can do is invite someone... they can see me... but i can't see them... any ideas??
