i dont want to mess up my pc, so ive read around and from what ive read it's recommended to use a live disk to try it out. So i downloaded knoppix, i am using easy cd creator, do i make a bootable cd? or what am I supposed to do?

you need to burn knoppix to a CD as an ISO image, i haven't used Easy CD Creator in donkeys years but i'd have thought you could use that..
