i recently bought a mp4 player from hong kong through ebay and i can now only put 3 songs on then it says device full, but i am only using 1% of the memory.

Can anybody help.

Lot of crap and fraudulent mp4 players on ebay. Check out this link from ebay:

I'd suggest u format and see if that does anything.
