From a phone point of view they are virtually identical, both have the same 2mp camera and mobile phone functions etc.
However, apart from styling, the main difference is the W800 is also a Walkman and therefore more dedicated to playing MP3s, though the K750 also plays MP3s. The K750 comes with a 64MB card, and the W800 comes with a 512MB card. They use the Memory Stick Pro and I think both phones can accept Memory Sticks up to 2GB
So its really down to whether you want a dedicated MP3 player with the phone or not.

As far as I am aware, the quality is all the same. There is however accessories for the W800 which enhances it like adaptors to use ordinary headphones, plug in speakers I think, though these also work on the K750 I think.

The two phones are basicly the same, but in diffent shells and with different firmware, and the w800i comes with the headphone adaptor and a 512mb Memory stick Duo instead of the 16mb that is in the k750i. You can even update the firmware of the k750i to that of the w800i.
Now there are several problems with both that I should warn you about. I have owned a k750i for over a year and it has reciently stopped picking up a signal, even though I dont remember dropping it. Before that the joystick caused me problems, with the down direction not always working. That is a common problem with this phone.
Also many people have had trouble with the shutter breaking, and it not going into camera mode after opening. I have not had this problem myself.
The only problem that I know about with the w800i is that I know of two people whos bluetooth stopped working properly. One of them sent it back, and the replacement had the same problem.
I have highlighted all the problems that I can think of.
Hope I helped.
