if there is, please post a link, and maybe, possible, walk me through it, because by luck, i did not upgrade to 2.8 yes!

you are in luck becuz there is a 2.71 downgrader but before you can downgrade you need to make sure you DO NOT have a ta-082 motherboard check this link to double check you motherboard.

If youre lucky enough to not have this motherboard version then you can proceed with downgrading. This link has the easy downgrader which includes all necessary files and also walks you through the downgrade process on screen on your pc.

yes there is a 2.71 downgrader it will not work if you have a ta- what eva motherboard heres were to get the easy downgrader it has all the files you will need just turn on your speekers and start the program and good luck http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/755 this will take you to the right file :)
