I have a Sony 2gb duo. I was gonna buy a new card (haven't decided on 2gb or 4gb yet), but am aware of the amount of fakes flying around. There are some reasonable prices online available to the UK but I would also like to use my card ofr ISO loading - of my own UMD's.

I remember reading a while back about the speeds of ISO's but don't remember where it was I read it. What speed is required for an ISO to run at full speed, with no slowdown?

I am aware that the high speed sticks are better (not sure if this affects gamesplay or just transfer), but they are also more expensive.

Any help is appreciated

I have a fake sony highspeed 1gb that i got off ebay. I havent had many problems at all. Mabey once every 10 minuts i will get a framerate drop but overclocking at 333mhz usually puts and end to that.

Here in the UK you can get a 4GB Sabdisk for £80 deliivered, not as good as in US, but this is rip-off Britain. these have a transfer speed of 3mb but I'm not sure if this is enough for ISO'S.
