I'm using my ar max and cdloader.elf to boot many dvds so far. However, a few games i have downloaded are meant to be burn on cds. So i think, ok, and i burn em. I use cdloader to boot, but instead of inserting a dvd, pressing triangle, x, swapping, then x (dvd boot method), I just press triangle, it reads as ps2cd, and i swap and press x. the game boots and starts spinning.
NOW...
I've done this with a few games now, but none have worked BECAUSE, I just realized that i'm using the ar max cd to boot the game from, and it is less than 100megs, while the games I'm booting are 600-700megs. Therefore, some games will show loading screen, and work, but be missing some parts, like sound, video, etc, and some games will clearly be playing, but only a black screen will be shown. I know this is because the game you swap with has to be equal to or more in size than the game u r booting, so here's my question:
-If all I have is an ar max cd, and only dvds, is there any way i can use the dvds to boot the cd, or is there any ps2 games that are made on cds that i could buy cheap? finally, if all these questions end in no, than what should i do? thank you for reading, and for help in advanced.

You need a CD format game. Buy Crazy Taxi, its a large CD game, very old & should be available for pennies.

Are you sure it'll be able to boot my 700meg game? I hope so. Also, just wondering, does the game have to be the excact same size, or about the same. (ie. booting a 700meg game with a 600meg game) Thanks again,
