I recently posted that my psp was not reading umds. Yet I borrowed my roomate's sampler disc and it played just fine in my psp. I gave him my game umd (untld legends brotherhood of the blade) to try in his psp and it worked for his system. Yet when I try the game the umd drive makes clicking noises (about one click every second. I've tried cleaning the laser lens and cleaning the umd but I am still having the same problem. Someone please help me. Vice city stories comes out next month and I rather buy the umd the first day.

1.) Did you recently downgrade?

2.) Are you in an emulated FW state when this happens?

3.) You checked for obstructions? There's nothing in the drive that shouldn't be there?

4.) Compare the inside of your drive w/ your buddy's. See, in comparison, if there is anything that needs to be clicked or pushed or moved.

5.) Swap out PSPs when your buddy isn't looking.

the last time i downgraded was when the 2.0 downgrade came out last year. This problem occurs in both emulated firmware (using devhook 0.46) and regular 1.5. I checked the umd drives and every thing looks the same. I am stumped on this one.

LOL! Easter eggs are supposed to be fun to find! Not damaging to your gaming hardware!

LOL! Let's just hope he's a musician or else that metronome part won't matter...

EDIT: Unless he's practicing a dance bit!
