Ok so i got the new "Ultimate Installer USB Edition v0.2" and im having some trouble loading my ISO's

All i need to know is what settings do i need for what game? for example, can i run Lumines if i set the loader to FW 2.71 even tho the game can just run in simple 1.5?

My NFS most wanted worked once, but i forgot the settings and cat get it to load again.

anyway, any info would be really helpful. thanks.

try this and see if it works :


UMD SELECT - "game title".iso/cso (select the Game You're gonna play)
UMD MOUNT - ISO ANYUMD
UMD VERSION - 2.xx-> 2.00
FIRMWARE - 2.71
CPU CLOCK - 222/111 (333 if you dont use wifi and/or have few games)
BOOT SELECT - reboot XMB

i think that was the quickest AND most effective answer i ever got on a board lol


thanks a bunch man!

hopefully the settigns you provided me with will work for ALL isos no matter what FW the can run with..(eg, lumines, hot shots golf...etc)

no problem, yeah it will work for any ISO/CSO and always put firmware to 2.71 as thats where most people go wrong.

as for quickness in reply, anything is better than A-Level homework ;)
