I just got a Sansa E250 for my birthday. I like it very well, except I am having problems with the video. For example, I have the Seinfeld Season 1& 2 on DVD so I used DVD Shrink to put 1 episode on my pc. Than I used the sansa converter. After it was done, It showed up as 2 files on the Sansa. The first file wouldnt work, but the second one did. I don't understand?
