can't find nero, strange problem????

Ok, I've burned some things to dvd before using Nero 7 and this hasn't happened but now I tried to create a dvd, went through the whole process, then clicked burn and Nero looked like it went down to my toolbar but it isn't there. When I push alt+ctrl+delete it doesn't show it as an application but it is there as a process. It is using up a lot of memory. Is it still working somehow even though I can't see it? When I try to click on "Make Video DVD" it tells me that the program is already running. Someone please help. Thanks.

Have you tried stopping the process and starting the program again?

Which version of Nero 7 are you using?

It may be an install problem, or some type of conflict.

Do a cold boot and try it again.

I'm using Nero 7 Ultra Edition. Is it possible that the program is still functioning correctly? Maybe in my system tray or something?

This has happened to me on a few occasions, the ONLY thing I could do was a Re Start of comp.
