Greetings to everyone. I was unfortunate to be the one to buy a 60gb ipod for $400us when 2 weeks later they introduced the enhanced version with a 80gb for $50 Less.My question is would the older 60gb ipods have a updater to introduce the new search feature like the older ones as well as the games feature.I'm not so concern about the video aspect of it since the only time i use it is when i'm on the bus to college. Anyone with information or opinons regarding this issue feel free to pitch in a few words.

I know i can return it but the fact of the matter is i'm in bermuda not the usa.The time it would take for it to get to me would be too long not to mention i bought it online and not in a store where i can just walk in and return. Also i laser inscribed mine.

You don't need to update anything on the iPod besides just maybe the firmware, which can all be done with the new iTunes 7 upgrade.

problem is, the search feature doesnt work on the older 5g ipods... you get the thing where the letter of the alphabet shows up when you scroll real fast, but not the thing where you type in what you want
