I heard that the newest bios were the x 2 4977 bios. I would like to know the new additions that it has, if it has auto patch , and if its the best?

The 4977 has all the same features as 4976.02,but the Eject Fix problem is fixed now.With 4976.02 after you run an APP and hit the eject button,the system would reset.This is now fixed.

Yes it allows you to play games that need to be patched without patching them.

I have this same bios with evox 3285 and a matrix chip, I'm still having problem with new games, they freeze at the loading screen.

Any help is appreciated.

what games are you trying to back up, and maybe you should try the hddloader application if you're backing it up to the hdd

I'm trying to back up NBA Street volume 2 and midnight club 2. I tryied the hddloader and it didn't work.

I use the D.6 eject fix blue bios with evox 3785 (i think thats it the newest evox) and use HDD loader 1.1a and have yet not had any problems with back-ups on the matrix

the newest evox i think is 3752 (not 3785), and they got a newer version of hdd loader v1.2. Unfortunately i cannot link you to the site, i just found that out. Send me a private message you really want to know.

What browser are you using? You are definately going to have problems if you use AOL.

i tried both Internet explorer and AOL and it still doesnt work. i think there's something wrong with my cookies setting.

there is definitely something wrong with my browser settings. i dont see the edit button. And everytime i log in, then click a link i automatically log out. i can't read my private messages, whenever i post in a thread i have to log on. Man this blows.

In Internet Explorer go to tools, internet options, then click the privacy tab. What level is it set at?

Actually just click the edit button in there and add afterdawn.com as a site that is trusted.

or goto tools internet options advanced and restore defaults and click apply and ok.

i tried restoring everything to default but it still doesnt work.

i tried allowing forums.afterdawn.com and it still doesnt work, i'll go try afterdawn.com
