Why is it that almost every time I go to burn a downloaded movie to disk, it comes out black and white. It looks normal on the preview, but i go to play it and it is in black and white, i dont get it

I assume that the files you have downloaded are AVI format, heres a suggestion. Download this trial version of ConvertX...run your files through it and then see if they come out in color...it will leave a watermark at the top but thats no big issue.
