i got a jpeg 150kb that i want to use as my background, but the thing is when i convert it into bmp to use it with pspersonalise, the pic is 350kb in bmp format, so pspersonalise wont let me flash it.

can i use xflash? if so can anyone tell me how.

also is it a good idea to install Dark_Alex's firmware mod that came with xflash?
