I recently obtained an image file for an old favourite PSX game of mine. I know this is a PS2 forum but I didn't see anywhere else I could put it.

Anyways... It has a file extension of .cdz. I have no idea how to burn this to CD. The only information I can obtain is that the extension means: ROM with a view project file.

Does anyone know how I can burn this to a CD?

You can't burn it to a CD. Its a compressed PsOne ROM file that's been converted from bin/cue to cdz.
You can convert it back to it's original bin/cue format though.

Ahh... There we go.

I already had that emulator on my PC (pSX v1.7).

It has a drop down menu with the option to convert .cdz to .bin format.
