Hmm, If it got wet you might need to find a replacement board. Unless you know a lot about electronics, or know somebody who does.

the first thing you should of done is immediately pulled the battery out. then dried the PSP thoroughly. Could be the power switch PCB is effed up because thats where the button bar plugs into. Or it could be the button bar itself.
