yes to my knowledge it all works fine i just got one of them intel d's but the 2.8 GHz good with all the games i play very happy with it, but i would recommend having a smaller drive aswell as that 500gb to run windows/linux or what ever u use something like this

first of all I really think you should get Intel C2D. It slaughters the Pentium line.

something that's priced closest to Pen D 2.8 is probably the E6300

The Geforce XT is a ripoff do not buy
get GEforce 7600GT and then wait for a DX10 graphic card

Also the PSU, Ultra brand I tend to get a reputable brand such as Enermax, Antec, Silverstone, but some people have good experience with the ultra psu. Personally I will only use those as backup.
