ok, whenever i try to get online with ratchet and clank up your arsenal, i always get the error code 612, i have called my isp and they said to call sony, i call sony and they say my problem lies within my isp, so i call my isp again, and this time someone says ok, something is wrong, and im like...duh....so they give me my REAL dns primary and secondary numbers and say thats all they can do because they dont trouble shoot games. so after a while i realized "holy crap theres no start up disc" so really i have 2 questions 1: is it because i have no start up disc? 2: is there just something wrong with my ps2?

Sup man I had my little cousin try out that game a couple of months ago and he could'nt go online with that same error when it tried to connect to the servers.
In my belief I think there' servers are down but im not sure it was probably the disc that was scratched up but now I heard to many people with this problem so like I said it might be the servers that are down.

The DNS resolver cannot be found. "DNAS Error (-612) A network error has occurred." Please double-check your network connection and/or network configuration.

Reason: There's nothing there to read your DNS info. ie: Game no longer active online.
