i just finished soldering my friends xbox v1.6 with the xecuter 3 ce. when i turn it on there is no video but the light is solid green. when i bypass the chip by holding in the power button then i get video and then it says i need to service my xbox, and the light flashes red and green someone please help me

the error i was getting when i bypassed the chip was because of the new hdd i put the old one back and everything works fine but when i boot from the chip i get no sound and no video and a solid green light on the eject button. i took the mobo out and resoldered everything perfectly especially the DO wire but i still get no sound or video. could this possibly be because they forgot to flash my chip with flashbios, somebody please help me.
