ok first of all i wasnt sure where else i would put this. But i need a proxy list that i can use to download from rapidshare using programs like rapid grabber or rapget. can some1 help me get a proxy list i can use?

the best proxies are ones you pay for, because most public ones will have high traffic and are mostly un-useable. but try searching in google for "free proxy list" or somehting
