o.k a couple of weeks ago i turned my psp on and i found alot of dead pixels, so i first tried the little movie that can (some say) bring dead/stuck pixels back to life but it didn't help so i got myself a new screen.

i followed ipirate's gude to opening and changing the screen which was a big help. I fixed the new screen to the psp and tuned it on and it worked perfect so i started to put it all back together again when i had finished i turned it on and the back light didn't work so i couldn't see the screen very well so i thought that i would have not clicked the little clip over the ribbon correct. having taken a look this is what i had done but the bad part is that i had broken the clip from its mounting i tried to just lay it back on but it didn't work.

so this is why i'm here, does anybody know a good secure way oh holding this down without damaging anything else?

i've tried tape and its just not firm enough to hold the pins down

how many Dead pixel did you have , to change your LCD screen ? ( Just to know )

well i never counted them all but i had 3 big circles with alot of dead pixels in them most of the time you couldn't see what was on the screen for them
