please help i have tryed to extract the files for fifa world cup 06, but once its about half way through it say fifa.... could not be extracted prople could som1 help me fix this problem.

You'll need to be more specific. Are you trying to extract the iso image of the game from a spanned archive of rar files, or are you trying to extract the files from the game image/disc, for rebuilding purposes?
What is it that's giving you the error message?

well my fifa wc2006 does nt work so i downloaded a torrent. there is one rar file thats is recongized by the computer the rest arent, there is about thirty, i extract using WinRAR to get the iso image but when extracting i get an error saying could not extract properly, then i am left with a iso image of about 1.5GB. i thought i would try burning that so i did and does not load up on my ps2 screen just goes balck. please help!!!

Could you post up a screen print of the folder, opened, with all these files in it?
It'll be a lot easier to actually see what you've got before being able to help fully.
Or post with some of the full filenames you've got, including extensions, that you say WinRAR doesn't recognise, if you cant post a pic.

here are a list of the files
2k6fwcg
2k6fwcg-this is the one WinRAR recogises as i a .rar
2k6fwcg.r01 there are 37 of these all number like .r02 r.37 etc
2k6fwcg.sfv
s-2k6fwcg-MSInfo Document
hope this helps
also will i need to use an up to date WinRAR. i dont know what mine is

Those are still rar files, but do as Hursty said, and check their integrity with SFV Checker. Once you've done that, then I'd suggest updating your WinRAR anyway. Any version below 3.42 has problems with certain spanned archives, and it's always best to keep up to date with progs like this.
