Hi all, I have a quick question:
I use DVD Shrink to rip my LOST DVD's to my HDD. After that, I use Magic DVD Ripper that to save as an MPEG so I can drop it into Nero and edit it into clips for videos and stuff. However, I hate magic DVD with a passion as it doesnt sync the video and sound well at all, and It just plain doesnt work on some systems. Basiccally, I need to get my VOB's to an mpg or something like it. How, and what programs? I know people do it, thats how they put tv shows on Morpheus etc...that's the quality I'm looking for.

After you've ripped your VOBs to the HDD, use a program called VOB2MPG v2.2 to save as an mpeg. It's freeware and produces a high quality mpeg pretty quickly. It uses the Microsoft .NET framework (you'll have to install it if it's not already on your PC).
