It doesn't matter what browser you use. Your browser does not affect utorrent's performance at all. What does affect uttorent's performance is your ISP connection, if your behind a router with or without ports forwarded, your software firewall, and such.

So use what ever browser you want, but I suggest you use Opera or Firefox because IE has a lot of security issues and just plain unsafe to use.

Well, uTorrent is a Bit Torrent client, Opera is a next gen internet browser, I think you should grab TomMelee's BT Bible :-)
