If you are asking this sort of question, then the very simple term is your can't im afraid, all you can do is if your extremly paranoid, DONT DONWLOAD!!! OR UPLOAD!!! and if you want to stop them, then download PeerGuardian2 from Pheonix Labs (Google it). If your using Azureus as your client for Bittorent, Google Safepeer! But as far as I am aware there is no Program that can actually phisically tell you as to weather or not your being monitored! However, I would suggest, you search for some ways of Privacy if your downloading, but thats just a tip :P!
