mikrotik router blocking azureus

My ISP has recently installed a Router called Mikrotik. As a result of which azureus/utorrent can only connect to maximum 6 peers per torrent (a lot of times doesn't even connect to any) and dl speed is horrible (1 kb average). My connection is LAN connection (no modems, just a wire that connects to LAN card from my ISP's hub. IP address type is 192.168.XXX.XX. My ISP has refused to forward any ports to my IP address and they are determined to stop me/their clients from using any type of p2p, so port forwarding is not an option. I have used Http-tunnel and still I can't connect to as many peers as I once did and i can't dl at the speed i used to. I am in desperate need of help. can someone plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me with this problem. my mail address is irfanrayza@hotmail.com. i'll be grateful for any suggestions.
