I can't figure out to make it work for my backups.

I insert my swap magic and then use my flip/top method and put in DVDLoader and the instructions say hit eject, but with my swap method my eject has been taken apart so all if does it drop the tray down and spin and scratch the cd. any help anyone on how i am suppose to use the dvdloader

You only need to press eject if you're going to be loading a CD based backup by doing a TOC refresh. If it's still a DVD based backup, then just press X once DVDLoader has loaded, so you get the 'Swap by EA Method' screen, then use your fliptop to replace DVDLoader with your backup.

Helps if you read the instructions properly.
