nope u have to convert it to mpeg4 im pretty sure thats whut i do

no you can

there is loads of hombrew apps to do this.......

now you can play avi`s on 1.5,2.0,2.5,2.6,2.70,2.71

because there is eloader which will load the AVI player on these firmwares
