Hi, i just bought The Sims 2 and runs REEEEEEEEEEEALLLLY slow, it really gets on your nerves, can someone tell me if its normal like this!? please can you reply thanks

Um what do you mena by slow the loading time's or how the people move. If it is the people and overall stuff like that then yes it is surposed to be like that.

the people: for example, when they are gonna chat together, it takes ages to start, or when i choose at the begining how im gonna do my sim. When the sim is gonna show its takes alot of time to get undressed, i guess i could take a cup of coffee to not waste my time:P. so its normal?

That is the way sim's is. FRom what I am hearing it sound's normal to me. But I always thought they improved a lot from sims 1 to sims 2. Like how long does it start for them to talk 10 seconds or like a minute?

i have sims 1 ps2 version and its much faster. hmmm i guess it takes almost a minute. Every now and then it jams. its so much annoying. the pc version is a bit faster than this.

How long does it take the people to chat on the PC version? Normal right? Yeah I dont think the ps2 version would be any slower but you might have copied your sims game wrong. Have you burned other game in the past and have they worked?

ye the pc version is normal. I actually bought this game, hmm i have to ask to burn it again for me. Actually once i burned the sims 2 with my pc and even the start up was slow, and they told me that it didnt burn well, so i guess this is the problem again.

i have the pc version and its normal. the ps2 game i have is slow (its not an original copy). i dont know how the original is.
