Azureus NAT/Firewall Test gives NAT error

I must admit I am new to the world of BT, and I am having problems with setting up Azureus.

Basically, when i go to Tools->NAT/Firewall Test in Azureus and click on the "Test" button, I get a "NAT error".

I've read through a lot of forums, Azureus help/wiki and have done all that have been recommended, but to no avail. Here's what i've tried:

1) Turned off WinXP firewall.
2) Had ZoneAlarm installed before but have since uninstalled (wanted to sort out the Azureus problems first).
3) Assigned a static IP to computer, and configured port forwarding as detailed in www.portforward.com for my zyxel Prestige 2602HWL-61 modem. Also setup a firewall rule to allow packet forwarding WAN to LAN from my computer's IP to ANY (destination) for any UDP and TCP service.
4) Configured Azureus to use the same port that have been forwarded in step 3 above.
5) UPnP have been disabled in the modem as well as in Azureus.
6) Transfer encryption has been enabled in Azureus.

Although unlikely to be useful information, but I also have avast anti-virus and ewido anti-spyware programs installed.

Please help me.

Well you could just try a different BT client. Like uTorrent is what i use and if you see this guide here it will put you straight :)
