I get that and then after a while it goes to OK (dht:) then back to Connection Error (ConnectException: Connection refused: Connect). It MIGHT connect to a seed but it wont download or upload EVER.

That one seed might connect somtimes but it wont download or anything. This problem is not only with this torrent. ANY torrent i try does the same thing even if theres a bazillian seeds.

Im in college and we have wireless for the dorms. Im on my 4th week and everythingused to work 100%. But this week this crap started. I have even tried other programs like uTorrent and BitComet with the same results. I am assuming maybe i was using to much bandwidth or something and they blocked the school from torrenting (if thats possible) I have tried changing ports also with no luck.

I have no access to my router or the router page (its passworded).

Is there anything i can do to get this working? Being stuck at 99.9% is SOO LAME.
