I need help converting an AVI movie to DVD Format

I downloaded a Movie with a AVI Filename to a DVD format?
The movie I have only plays on Windows Media and not on DVD players
please can somebody help me...?

You have to encode(to VOB) and burn to DVD or encode (to mpg), author and burn to DVD. Here is a good one for you. Easy to use, no other programs needed and great quality: http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/...todvd_guide.cfm

That is the name of a wonderful program that converts many types of video formats to many other formats..

ex. take an .avi file into cucusoft and it will automatically convert it into a dvd movie file AND burn it onto a DVD for you, with one click of the button, and it will play in a standard DVD player.

Its easy, use the free tool below, act as the selected set, you win to convert the format.

Also you can try other tools if you wish. Usually a trail version is enough for u. Good luck.
