That Winavi thing bothers me with some words and it takes away the subtitles I had on the scene so to me it sucks.

I cant understand why you guys are still using that muck when your on V1.50.
Have you,s not tried Jonnys PMPMODAVC?
It plays 480x272 AVC movies on your V1.50, and they look 100 times better.
The native player in the PSP only plays 76800 pixels and no more, where as PMPMODAVC plays 130560 pixels, which do you think looks better?
Stop using them other programs and try either MeGUI with X264vfw or XVID4PSP which creates and muxes the PMP for you.
PMPMODAVC: http://jonny.leffe.dnsalias.com/pmp_mod_...od_avc_1_02.rar
XVID4PSP: http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=10096

I use too pmp mod,but he was asking for a rmvb converter so i just gave him one.
NOTE: xvid4psp takes years to convert a file.I like xilisoft(for general conversion, not just for psp.).

I,d have to disagree with you on that one Legend, it takes the same length as the movie its self or twice that if your using two pass, but the quailty of the finished movie is well worth it.
Just remember, speed equals less quailty. ;)
