It's a 50 inch plasma, just got it about a month ago (brand new), started noticing that when there's a lot of white on tv there is some yellow shadowing. it kind of looks like a compressed jpeg that is missing that certain shade of white and it is replaced with yellow.

really, really noticible today when i put in the dvd of THX 1138. it's pretty much unwatchable.

any suggestions? thanks a lot...

for the record, it is not a cable etc. issue, I have tried both HDMI and component video inputs and the discoloration happens in both cases.
Also, it happens with both DVD and my direct TV HD reciever.
