I just downloaded the trial version of this software and am having a bit of trouble. When i go to backup a dvd the program reads the dvd perfectly however at about 14% through the writing process the writing practically stops and the time remaining clock reads 13 hours left! I have noclue what is going on. It makes me wonder how it can burn fast and perfectly up until 14% then it just stops! Someone please help!
