PCSXBOX Help with Lunar Silver Star Story Complete

Well I finally got lunar working perfectly.
Unfortunately after myght fixes the balloon with the new engine the intermission starts and then I get a black screen. I thought I might have to put in the second disc but the xbox will not read it if i try.
After all this work and playing this game three quarters through now i run into aproblem stopping me dead in my tracks. I have two sets of bin and cue files on dvdrs. On disc one I have lunarone.bin and lunarone.cue burned as an iso. And on disc 2 I have lunartwo.bin and lunartwo.cue.
disc one which i have been using all along has worked pefectly until i got to the part when you take off for the frontier then everything Blanks out after the animated intermission starts. Anyone have a solution? I am using pcsxbox version 10.
