Any clue how I can Get it. I have a power dvd and when i try to istall it shows direct 9 but doesnt download. Also does not code so I cant watch dvds any clue to any of these? Thanks dan

I believe that the latest version of Nero7 asks for direct9, however I dont think it's required for version 7.2.7.0 , you can try and download from here, or even version 7.0.8.2 which is a really good stable version.

You need DirectX 9.0C to run the latest Nero - 7.5.1.1
Not really sure about your 'burned'(legit?) copy of windows but here's a link to microsoft to dl the latest.
