DvDfab platinum resolution options

Just got a copy of dvdfab platinum 3. it has an ipod converter and a ton of resolution options. Is there a better resolution then 320x240? Which is the best setting? The movie i want to do is tombstone. I want to play it on my tv with good quality eventually. Reason I'm asking is because I thought some people had freezing or loading errors with higher resolutions
