windip always lists some files that don't need patching as long as it found the other ones to patch it's ok.

That normally means you don't have an online version of the game, but you can try loading the iso in Apache & extracting the DNA$xxx.IMG file, then using Disc ID Insertor on it & re-injecting/replacing the patched DNA$ file back into the iso in Apache.

PAL version has no online play. None of the PAL 'NBA Live' games have, only the US version.

Yeah thats the prob, for some reason, NBA isnt really that popular in EUR, its more of football so not much people go online.
