my cousin wants to buy a ps1 for his 5 year old son and he wants it modded(mod chip or disc) can you please tell me what disc can you buy that will play back up games
i hear that action replay etc play em
also can ye say when ye reply what ps1 it is(the big or small one)
it is a PAL one he is going to buy

Breaker Pro is what you want. If you want to be really ghetto about it all you need is any retail PS1 game. That requires you to stop the disc by hand and swap at the splash screen. Action replay works too. You still need a way to swap without the console knowing. Breaker pro comes with a little spring for that.

he bought one of ebay that had a mod chip in it.

thank god he bought one off ebay because he kept on asking me to sell my one and i didnt want to sell it because i play my ps1 games on it(dont wanna mess up my ps2 laser)

Cool. Ebay must be letting a lot slide, because I saw a couple of modded Xbox on there today. They used to crack down on modded consoles hard.
