ok i have a 2.6 and i want to downgrade ofcours. i have been reading and i even watch the hacking 101 ep 19 and it said i will need an eloader and install it then run the downgrader. well i can not find eloader files anywhere is it under another name? please help i dont want to brick it up.

try searching psp hacks for the easy downgraders, they come with everything you need, and i take it you have an unpatched GTA?

thre is a guid to downgrading all firmwares here or altrnativly if your scared about downgrading use the 'hen' method of loading your isos!

ok now i have installed the 2.6 downdonater and then it was talking about running a test but i could not find it. I went ot photo and the eloader pops up with a beer mug or somenthing like that and it say test and i press x and then the page goes black and nothing ever happens and i cant get anything after that so i take the battery out and check the settings and its still a 2.6. what do i do from here and where do i place the downdonater file because after nothing happend i put it in the game floder i think. please help im trying but at a ead end

Just upgrade to 2.71 and then use the easy downgrader where you not even have to use GTA!

u load wid gta and then the downdater page should come up press o or x and it should downdate but the psp will look lke its switched off but the memory light will flash liek mad thenit wil lauto reboot after lik 1mins +

theres an exploit now that doesnt require GTA so Im pretty sure downgrading without GTA is possible now.

I watch the video and it said i did not need gta. when i added the eloader there was three files that had the gta on it. then i copied the downdonater in the root file like some page said and then i went toeloader in the photo and doen the test and the page went black and the light did flash for a 30 sec then i powered it off and when i check the setting still a 2.6. I about to brick it because i have been trying everything and it not working. please work with me i know everyoone has been tring to help and im trying but nothing happing. I want a 1.5 too helpppppppp please

i tried to upgrade but no luck with the app. but i think its the same method as downgrading form the 2.6 is it not? i dnot know
