hulk..backing up problems

i have been having problems backing up the hulk game....after a succesful burn i place the dvd in xbox and it goes back to dashboard..i was able to backup brute force successfully by placing the media patch on it ...but for some reason the hulk doesnt work..can someone help?..please

I can run a backup of hulk fine from the hard drive. Straight backup from cd to harddrive through boxexplorer.
my evox is the latest with x2 bios on a matrix chip.

just flash your chip with the latest X2 bios Xecuter2.Build.4977. no patch needed, no fuss
