I need help With DevHook Launcher Mod v1.62b For PSP

Im trying to install this to my PSP with HEn C, But When I do Copie the Filed to the MS Root DevHook wont emulate Fw1.5 It only Emuletes 2.71, but when i Try to Have "DevHook 0.4x for 2.71" Emulate Fw 1.5 It just Restarts My PSP causeing me to Reboot HEn C. Can someone please elaborate how to install "DevHook Launcher Mod v1.62b For PSP" for HEn C. I think I may be copying the file wrong or something I didnt copy the Files in the folder "Fw 1.0" as my PSP is Fw2.71. I just copied all the contents of the folder MS_ROOT to my Memory stick overwriting all folders. Only the recon figure mod runs but it wont excape to Fw 1.5, and the devHook mod wont run at all. Prior to trying to install this mod HEn C was running paerfect, as it does if I reinstall HEn C with Devhook. Its just when I try to install the mod that it acts funny. Can some one please help me istall this mod. I would apreciated.
