ps2dvd NHL 2007 problems...

I tried copying NHL 2007 twice to dvd +R and it keeps freezing at the loading screen. I have read threads about rebuilding the game but when i tried to do this on NHL, i couldnt find the "dummy" file.

I have burnt over 50games so far using TDK DVD+R 1-16x discs and always burnt at 4x using Dvd Decryptor and i use swap magic 3.6...
I also tried doing that TOC refresh thing but when NHL loads up, it just comes to the red screen saying " insert a valid ps2 disc "

Can sum1 please help... this game is supposed 2 be really good!

(ps.. aceuk1, thanx fot recommending them discs, they are better and cheaper!.... oh yea how do you rebuild a game apart from the dummy file bit)
