I have a question? I have a matrix modchip and I want to play with new games.
Which flash .bin are the best one...
D6 blue or evox...
and if is evox, which vesion is the best and where I can download it.
Finaly, which dashboard are the best and where I can download it.

evox is the dashboard and D6 blue is one of meany bios's - you'll want the eject fix bios if you want to install games to the drive - in any case, you can get what you need here - http://www.biteable.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/

they are basically the same thing except that the xbox logo will be blue with the d6 blue and same goes for the other. its a matter of preference. the colored logo tells if the bios is loaded.

I didn't even buy a mod chip yet. Plus i'm only 12! =(
Jeez, Xbox owner's are such jerks. People at the PS2 forums don't insult and actually answer all of my questions no matter how stupid they are. People in other Xbox forums are more helpful, no wonder the Xbox board here has far less people the the PS2 board.

give em a break dank,
you flash bios to a chip so it allows your box to play back ups, run programs and the dashboard.
The dashboard allows you to ftp to pc, navigate through programs and games you install.
Maybe its becasue you re 12 (or so you say) that you can't understand some of these terms.

XboxNewby - The xbox people are really not jerks, trust me the PS2 forum is way more hectic. Your age has nothing to do with this at all, I built my own 1200 baud modem for my commodore64 when i was 12. It's just that the xbox and it's mods and backups process are more involved than the PS2 process so we get alot of very technical and difficult questions about the xbox. The Ps2, as cool as it is, mods easier and games backup easier. before just asking the differnce between a dashboard and a bios (which is irrelevant to you at this stage), try to find out what a dashboard and bios is. then you would clearly see the differnces. we could tell you what the difference is but would that tell you anything about either one? try a search for evx or evolutionX, the search for xbox bios. you'll find more info than you will ever need right here on aD.
oh btw, we really aren't jerks, just easily annoyed at very simple questions that we get everyday over and over. oh yeah and if we were the muppet show, Dank would be our version of animal, just dont get to close to his cage.
