How to get Sonic DVD to play nice with New DivX?(I've read the sticky above!)

Hi - having downloaded Dr. DivX (latest version) I notice I can no longer burn a DVD with SONIC (piece of crap I know, but it usually gets it done for me).

Instead, the DivX 'remote control' pop-up appears when importing the video file and SONIC shuts down.

Anyone come across this before here?
