cmp patcher to fix the guy game

Hi can anyone help me find cmp patcher because I would like to fix my Guy Game back up that cant seem to work...it always freezes at the blue loading at the beginning, I used l-burna method with winhex except that my copy freezes at the beginning instead of at the episode 9.I know it has been discussed many times but I never read about my problem and the link for the cmp patcher is dead.Any help would be really appreciated thanks
