Well one thing I can spot staight away...your resolution is incorrect for vcd (as your creating an mpeg1)

Pal (25fps) = 352 x 288
Ntsc/Film (29 or 23.976) = 352 x 240

Also your Bitrate should be cbr (constant 1150)
NOT vbr (variable 1150)

And if were being REALLY picky :o)

Your audio should be 224kbs not 192 (but this rearly makes a difference)

Are you going for vcd or svcd as i noticed you say mpeg2 in the first post but mpeg1 in the second ?

Regards Acheron

Ah ye, I didnt even check that out at all, lol

The reason for that is, TMPGEnc takes the frame size of the source video when it is loaded in, in fact i better add that to the TMPGEnc problems thread.

As for audio 192kb/s is actually standard even though Nero might tell you otherwise!

Nope 224 kbs @ 44.1 khz is the audio standard for vcd.. :o)

Edit: I just checked were both wrong & right

Vcd 1.1 spec is: 224 kbit/sec
Vcd 2.0 spec is: 128,192,224 or 384(!) kbit/sec

All at 16 bit,44.1k Sampling rate. :o)

lol, well there is no point in going higher than 224kb/s on VCD cause it sucks video quality anyway!
