i don't see anyone online...
im using devhook 0.46
i've tried

outrun c2c
fifa2006
is it not supposed to work? or nobody is online -_-

same with me i tried fifa 2006 and there was only one guy online lol. Maybe they need to find better online games and games that don't lag online?

in some games u can play with only the country where u live like fifa w c 2006 and some other gamews so there r really less ppl online there

Now there can be multiple reasons
1)U downloaded an ISO, prolly it has Infrastructre ripped out.
2)Buy the UMD for a game u wanna play online or download the full game rip
3)As shivam said u can only play wid peeps in your region
4)I also downloaded Outrun and I never see anyone online I gues its a bad rip.
